Hawcrest stands behind the products we sell. This 1-Year Limited Warranty protects you against manufacturing defects. This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

Who provides this warranty

This warranty is provided by Hawcrest, 2118 SW Rutherford Dr, Lee's Summit, MO 64082, USA. This is our business address only; please do not send products there. To contact us, email contact@hawcrest.com.

How long it lasts

The warranty lasts one year from the date of delivery of your order.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use, called manufacturing defects. If a covered item is defective, we will replace it or refund your purchase.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, including use that does not follow the product's instructions.
  • Accidents, such as drops, spills, or other damage.
  • Repair or modification that was not authorized by us.
  • Consumables, including the natural loss of battery capacity over time.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product works.

How to make a claim

  1. Email contact@hawcrest.com.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the problem.
  3. Attach a photo or short video that shows the issue.

We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Once we confirm that the item is covered, we will tell you the next steps and arrange your replacement or refund.

Shipping costs for warranty claims

  • Within the first 30 days after delivery: Defective items are returned free of charge.
  • After day 30: You pay the return shipping to our returns center: [RETURNS CENTER ADDRESS]. We pay the shipping of your replacement.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Our obligations under this warranty apply to the extent permitted by law.
